Pre-order: how it works
Charges
We'll charge your card for your device when you place your order. And if you are starting a new line, we'll activate your device in the warehouse so it's ready for you right out of the box.
Shipping
We'll do our best to get it to you before others get a glimpse on Friday, May 18. During the pre-order period, we will send you a shipping email and tracking number.
Accessories
Any accessories ordered with your pre-order may ship separately. If that occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails.
Multiple orders
We're sorry. Pre-order phones cannot be packaged together with other orders. Please complete your pre-order order, checkout and come back to order any additional phones, tablets or mobile broadband devices.
Mail-in rebates
Any associated mail-in rebate forms will be shipped separately from your device.
Upgrades
Your phone will not be activated when it ships. You can activate online at sprint.com/activate.
Keeping your number
You can bring your number from another carrier. We'll ask you for it when you checkout. Check your packing slip when you get your device for additional instructions on moving your number to Sprint.
Returns
