Sprint Relay Solutions for Federal Government
Communicating in daily life should be fast, easy and reliable for everyone. That's why Sprint provides traditional Relay services for deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, or speech-disabled users, as well as these and other customized features specifically for the federal government:
- Federal IP Relay Service: Allows deaf and hard-of-hearing federal/military employees to place relay calls over the Internet between U.S. locations and territories. Also allows members of the general public who are deaf or hard-of-hearing to communicate with federal/military employees.
- Federal Video Relay Service: This free service allows Federal Relay users to use a videophone or web camera, and Internet connection to communicate using sign language via a Sprint Video Interpreter.
- Federal CapTel™: This service captures and transcribes spoken text from incoming and outgoing calls onto the user's CapTel phone.
