Google Wallet is an Android™ app that makes your phone your wallet. It securely stores virtual versions of your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Simply tap your phone to pay and redeem offers using the Near-Field Communication (NFC) capability built into select devices.

- Remotely disable your Google Wallet if you lose your phone

What you'll need
- A compatible device.
- A MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit or debit card
- A merchant that accepts MasterCard PayPass™
If you don't own a compatible device, you can't use Google Wallet (yet). If you're interested in Google Wallet, this is a great time to upgrade to a Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S 4G, LG Optimus Elite, LG Viper.

Google Wallet is available on all compatible devices, and was automatically installed in a software update. If you need to reinstall the app, you can get it free from Android Market.
