• Coverage in case of loss, theft, liquid or physical damage, as well as mechanical or electrical failure.
• Lock or erase contacts remotely from a lost device with the Total Equipment Protection app, on compatible devices.
• Online tools to submit claims and track the shipment of your replacement device.

Please note: The device you wish to cover must be in your possession at the time - it can’t already need replacement or repair.

TEP combines the Equipment Replacement Program (ERP) and the Equipment Service and Repair Program (ESRP).
