I loved the phone when I first got it...liked the style, the feel and weight of it....but...after having it for only two months.....when I make or receive calls if I do not end and go back to home or cut the phone off, it will randomly pick someone from my contacts and call them, at present I am having issues being able to cut the phone on, I was primarily a texter....but the buttons are too difficult for texting in that you have to literally "punch" the buttons to get them to work, I like that it has other options, but overall would not recommend this phone and this is my first trip into using an android. And finally the phone pictures are horrible!!!!mscotsattributes

At first I was regretting not purchasing a 4G capable phone but after using this 3G Transform Ultra I quickly forgot about the 4G Thing. The battery life is way better on this 3G than on a 4G and I figure I'll wait a couple years and by then 4G will be up and running a lot stronger and for now 3G is all I need. I surf the net, I watch youtube, I do everything on this phone and it is great. GPS is a life saver too. I love the Android interface and all the free apps and games are still amazing me. The speed at which this phone runs at is exceptional. I also really love the desighn and the outer case. The slide out keyboard is very very very nice. I love the way it lights up too. The buttons are very easy to press and the on screen keyboard is amazingly accurate and pleasing to use. The stereo sound from the headphones is amazing.....honestly and the built in speakers are very high quality as far as a phone can go. All in all I love this phone.Josh7791attributes

Like its twin on Boost Mobile, the Samsung Transform Ultra has an uncluttered Android Gingerbread interface, a front-facing camera, and a fair price tag.
The bad.
The keyboard on the Samsung Transform Ultra could rise a little higher, and camera quality could be improved.
The bottom line
Folks looking for a phone with a QWERTY keyboard will find in the Samsung Transform Ultra a reliable midtier device, though $20 more could nab you an even better phone.
