Calling from outside of the US is easy with a Sprint International FONCARD. Call from more than 110 countries, anytime. Simply dial the Sprint International Access Number for the country in which you're traveling and wait to be prompted. For access numbers on the go, print out our handy Sprint International FONCARD Wallet Guide. Sprint operators are also available to assist you with any questions. In the US and Canada, dial 1-800-366-2255. Otherwise, dial the country's International Access Number and hold for an operator.

How do I make an international call from my home phone?
Within the US, dial 011 + country code + city code + local number + "#." For operator assistance, dial 00 (extra charges may apply for operator-assisted calls).
For Canada and the US Virgin Islands, please dial 1 + area code +number + "#." If you make frequent international calls, you may want to switch to an international calling plan. Check out the Sprint Global Family plan.
Sprint operators are also available to assist you with any questions. In the US and Canada, dial 1-800-366-2255. Otherwise, dial the country's International Access Number and hold for an operator.

How do I make an international call from within the US using my Sprint FONCARD?
To make an international call from within the US from a touch-tone phone, dial 1-800-877-8000, wait for tone or voice prompt, then dial 01 + country code + city code + local number + "#." Wait for a second tone or voice prompt and then enter your 14-digit FONCARD number to complete the call.
To make an international call from within the US from a rotary phone, dial 1-800-877-8000, wait for a tone and hold until an operator answers (an operator will assist you within 10 seconds). Tell the operator you are using a rotary phone, and then give the number you want to call and your 14-digit FONCARD number. The operator will complete the call with the applicable FONCARD surcharge.

How do I make an international call from outside the US using my Sprint FONCARD?
- Dial the international country code and city code for the country in which you're traveling (see Sprint International Access Guide for number).
- Provide the operator with your FONCARD number or follow the voice prompts.
- Dial the number you want to call.

Can I use a Sprint FONCARD from a rotary phone?
Yes. To use your FONCARD from a rotary phone:
- Dial 1-800-877-8000 and wait for an operator.
- Inform the operator that you are calling from a rotary phone, and provide the number you are calling and your FONCARD number.
- The operator will complete the call with an applicable FONCARD surcharge.

How do I make a long distance call using my Sprint FONCARD?
- Dial the Sprint Access Number on the back of the card.
- At the tone or voice prompt, dial 0 + area code + phone number.
- At the next prompt, dial your FONCARD number.

If I need to make more than one call, do I have to hang up and start over?
No. To make multiple calls without hanging up:
- Finish your first phone call. If there is a busy signal or no answer, don't hang up.
- Press the "#" button for two full seconds.
- Enter 0 if you are calling to the US or Canada from abroad, or 0 + 1 if you are calling from the US to an international country.
- Dial the next number you want to call.
Calling from a rotary phone? Simply hold until a Sprint operator returns, and then provide the next number you wish to call.
